Aggro Me: Supersize Me
Supersize Me
It has been a common complaint of those EQII tradeskillers who practice the culinary arts that, while drink is always popular amongst all, food is often spurned by the non-fighter classes. Are Everquest players all anorexic Paris Hilton wannabees? No, it's just that food increases the regeneration of health and, if you have a good tank, you should never really need much health regeneration. Now, this may be something of a myth. I for one, always use at least level 40 food. Why? Because an integral part of playing a wizzie is using health for power spells. Thus, my health regen is vitally important to me.But, in any case, SOE is upping the ante for all those Emeril or Jamie Oliver's in training. Yes, food now does more than just regenerate health. It adds stats. You can see this post for more details but here are the basics:"Meat (Jerky, Sandwich, Grilled): +Strength
Fish (Jerky, Sandwich, Grilled, Baked, Breaded): +Agility
Pasta/Casseroles (Meat or Fish): +Stamina
Fruit (Dried or Candied): +Intelligence
Nuts and Vegetables (Candied): +Wisdom
Trail Mix: +Intelligence, +Wisdom
Sweets (Chocolates, Fudge, Pie, Cake, Muffins, Cookies): +Maximum MP
Soup, Omelet, and Stew: +Maximum HP"
Hmm, I can understand protein would make me stronger but I'm not sure why stuffing my face with pie would increase my maximum magic ability.Well, unless it was magic pie I suppose.Mmmm...magic pie...
