All the girls have the same hair accessories, hair styles and earrings. All the hair is almost exactly the same, both in length and style. One of the girls just put a white shirt over her original clothes. Before and after pictures are taken at the same time, has to be a prank.

Not on the "ear surgery" page, in fact it mentions rounding off malformed ears. Probably a joke the doctor/website manager made up.

I don't think this is a hoax. I've seen people's blogs with pictures of their ears sticthed or 'tied' to a point after surgery (looks painful).
